that subutex (a substitute for heroine, is the 11 th pills
most reimbursed by the fund national health insurance CPAM),
which can be prescribed by any general practitioner, is
often used to misused. Thanks to the CMU, a dealer can earn
free prescriptions from doctors and sell the surplus in
France or in Europe. All this at the expense of the
taxpayer, and at the expense of the health of addicts (subutex
is more addictive than heroin, and if it does not cause
overdoses, accidents iatrogenic, abscesses, members
inflated, amputations are legion).
The dealers
will provide hallmarks of Subutex bought in France at around
3 euros (reimbursed at 100% by the CNAM) and marketing in
Europe between 50 and 70 euros depending on the country (see
various articles in the
lobby). According to specialists, 30% of the prescribed
Subutex in France and 40% in ‘ile – de – France, directly
feed the black market. Young people become addicted to
subutex without ever having consumed heroin because it can
